2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability.
To secure your booking, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 7 days before the tour date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date may not be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be given for no-shows or unused portions of a tour.

4. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to alter the itinerary if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants have adequate travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

6. Liability

My Kemer Tours is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
